30 Day Guarantee


Nerdiwear offers a 30 day guarantee on all of our non-prescription eyewear.

If for any reason you choose to return your eyewear you may submit a return form linked below, along with your name and contact information, and a full refund of glasses price will be issued for the amount you paid including taxes (if applicable). If you decide to return your eyewear they must be returned undamaged and in new condition including the case and microfiber cloth. Eyewear that is damaged or scratched will not be eligible for a refund. If the case or cloth are damaged a repacking fee of $10 will be subtracted from your refund. If your product is defective in any way or damaged upon arrival please contact the customer support email listed below. Any defective merchandise must be returned immediately and inspected by our Quality Assurance department before refunds or replacement eyewear will be sent out. We do not refund any shipping costs to or from your location, refunds are for eyewear only. We will pay for shipping if your glasses are defective and being replaced.

If you have a issue with a prescription order please contact our customer service department within 48 hours of delivery, refunds and replacement prescription eyewear will be handled on a case by case basis.

If any products arrive damaged due to shipping and handling please email us a photograph of the damaged eyewear and or shipping container ASAP. Along with your contact information. We will process the damage report and issue replacement eyewear after visual inspection. Please read complete term and conditions to obtain refund.

We are offering you a first class product packed properly in a very ridged shipping container. All eyewear are tested, inspected and passed before shipping. It is our best intention to deliver our product to you without harm, damage or defect and we hope you enjoy your new protective computer eyewear.
